The City of Satellite Beach continues to closely monitor the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19  while following the guidelines set  forth by the Governor of Florida and the CDC as well as recommendations from the National Recreation & Park Association and Florida Parks & Recreation Association.

Fresh Local ProduceSatellite Beach Farmers Market
Our Farmers Market will be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve and will re-open January 7, 2021 and continue every Thursday from 10am - 4pm at Pelican Beach Park, 1525 Hwy A1-A. Our vendors provide items that are all hand crafted or grown including produce, spices, local artwork, honey, hand crafted jewelry, soaps, wood art and more! Satellite Beach Bike Collective
Join us the 1st 7 3rd Saturday monthly at the DRS Community Center, 10am-1pm. Learn how to repair your bike, build a bike and talk all things bicycling. Tools and advice provided, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike). Email SattyBBC@gmail.com for more info.

December 19     Holiday Boat Parade
The Banana River Power Squadron will sponsor the 2020 Holiday Boat Parade. Participants should assemble that evening at the north end of Satellite Beach Grand Canal and travel south beginning at 6pm. Cash Prizes awarded! For more information:  http://www.brsps.org 

January 30     Rock-n-Roll Review
Melbourne Municipal Band invites you to join them for a Rockin' Saturday afternoon. This 12 piece band features the coolestrock-n-roll music from the 50's and 60's.Rock-n-Roll Review starts at 2pm on the "green" at the DRS Community Center. Food trucks will be on hand. Food, fun and LIVE music for all ages. Come join the fun!

February 13-14  7th Annual Locals Only SurFest
The 7th Annual Locals Only SurFest is an event for the Brevard County community that consists of approximately 200 surfers ranging from Pro, Longboard, Ladies, and Groms.  Competition participants must be a Brevard County resident to enter, except for 10 slots for people outside of the area.  The event gives local surfers the opportunity to gather a team to represent designated areas throughout the Space Coast that compete against each other.  For details and  registration info visit: https://www.villonclothing.com/locals-only

February 20 Samsons Island Annual Open House
Experience Satellite Beach’s nature preserve! Explore the island’s trails & enjoy a free, light picnic lunch. Ongoing event activities include: conservation education, bird watching and more! February 28 Satellite Beach Lion’s Club Car Show
Satellite Beach Lion’s Club 10th Annual Car Show will be held from 10am-2pm at the DRS Community Center. Registration at 9am. Family fun includes raffles, door prizes, music, food and vendors! March 6 City-Wide Garage Sale Two Ways to Sell!
Sell at the DRS Community Center 8am-12noon! Individuals or organizations can rent a 10’x10’ space for $15 in the DRS parking lot to sell their garage sale items. Space rental proceeds will benefit Satellite Beach Police Athletic League (PAL). City-Wide “At Home” Garage Sale
Sell from your own home! Satellite Beach residents can call (321) 773-6458 and provide your garage sale location for inclusion in a master “City Garage Sale” flyer listing all sale locations to be available for distribution on Friday, March 5.
