The Satellite Beach Police Department Records Division is responsible for maintaining all incident reports including crime reports, accident reports, citations, arrest files and Uniform Crime Statistics.

The Records Section provides front lobby support at a customer service window, and handles mail processing and public relations

  • Copies of reports are generally available 4 - 5 days after the incident
  • To request a copy of a police incident report, call (321) 773-4400 or respond in person to the front lobby customer service window. Don't forget to bring a picure I.D.
  • Mail requests: Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

All requests will be handled in compliance with Florida State Statute chapter 119. The Records Division is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Closed on Weekends and Holidays.
