S.P.E.C.D.A. (School Program to Educate and Control Drug Abuse) is an eight week drug education program presented to all sixth graders in our elementary schools.

Topics covered include peer pressure, making positive decisions, positive alternatives to drugs, drug pharmacology, consequences of drugs and alcohol, etc.

At the culmination of the program students are presented with a certificate and a T-shirt which are given out at a pizza party sponsored by the department.
