Reservation Information

 

To make a reservation, you may apply in person or by phone. We are located in the David R. Schechter Community Center on the corner of South Patrick Drive & Jackson Avenue.  Our address is:

Here is the process:

1.  Determine what date you would like to have and maybe a couple of alternative dates too!  Our pavilions book quickly.

 

2.  Make your reservation in person or by phone.  The person making the reservation must be the same person to come in and sign the contract and make the payment.  (The process works best when we work with just one person!)

 

3.  If the reservation is more than 2 weeks from the date you booked your reservation - you will have 2 weeks to come in and sign the contract.  You must bring your Driver's License and have cash or check in the amount your rental fee and deposit. 

If the reservation is less than 2 weeks from the date you booked your reservation - you will be given a deadline date and you must pay the rental fee & deposit in cash only.

 

4.   If you cancel your reservation 3 days before the event, all  monies will be refunded to you by check and will be mailed to your home address on record.  If you cancelled less than 3 days prior - only your security deposit will be refunded.

 

5.  If your payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled.

 

6.  If there are any damages or infractions to the rules, your deposit will not be returned and you may be liable for additional expenses incurred.

 

7.  Approximately 2 weeks after the event (if there are no damages or infractions), your deposit will be returned by mail to your address of record.

 

8.  Any special event, such as fundraisers, surf contests, etc. will need the written approval from the Kerry Stoms, Director.  Additional fees such as security and insurance may be necessary.
