The Satellite Beach Recreation Department will accept reservations for pavilion rentals at the Recreation Department Office, M-F 8:30am-6pm or by calling 773-6458. Rental groups must fully complete the necessary forms & payments no later than two weeks after reservation is confirmed unless told otherwise. Pavilion hours are 8:00am to dusk. Pavilion rentals must be cleaned up & vacated by dusk. Organizations wishing to use the pavilions to hold a fundraiser must get prior approval from the Recreation Director. Only checks or cash payments (no credit cards) are accepted for the rental & deposit fee. However, cash payments will be required if payments are made within two weeks prior to reservation.

Amenities Information:

Restrooms	ADA compliant, men's/women's/family restroom area
Showers	ADA compliant, fresh water showers located at dune crossovers & restroom area.
Playground	ADA compliant, sitting wall, open for public use (can not be reserved)
Volleyball Courts	2 sand beach volleyball courts, only the east court can be rented Otherwise they are open to the public and all must share, nets stay up - bring your own volleyball.
Additional Dune Crossover	located south of the playground
ADA Dune Crossover	located in the mid-section of the parking lot
Grill/Caterer Parking	Commercial grills cannot be near the pavilion. A special parking spot is set aside by restroom to accommodate. Each pavilion has it's own grill; the Coquina & Turtle Pavilions each have family-sized grills.
Pavilions	Each pavilion has fresh water spigot, electric outlet, and charcoal grill
Pavilion Hours	8:00am to Dusk
