General Rental Information

 

 Rental Fees

 

 

Monday-Thursday 8am – 6pm $19.08/hour (tax included)
Friday 8am – 4pm $19.08/hour ( tax included)
Monday-Thursday 6pm – 1am $159.00 for block of time (tax included)
Friday 4pm – 1am $222.60 for block of time (tax included)
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 8am – 1am $318.00 for the day (tax included)

 

**All rentals require a $100 security deposit**

 

 

*Possible charge for security guard @ renters' expense at the discretion of the Recreation Director, (ie. alcohol, teen party, etc.)

  • Interior Room Size - 1,608 sq. ft.

  • Outdoor Wooden Deck - 37’ x 16’

  • Parking capacity - 70 spaces shared with beach park

  • Maximum capacity - 70 people

  • Table styles available - (12) rectangular tables, 6’ long, seats 8

  • ( 9) round tables, 5’ diameter, seats 8

  • Amenities: 18 cubic foot refrigerator

  • 1.5 cubic foot microwave

  • Cathedral ceiling with track lighting

  • Handicapped accessible

Sea Turtle Protective Lighting

Sea Turtle Code  Sec. 30-546

 

 

a)  The following provisions shall apply during sea-turtle nesting season (March 1 through October 31):

       (1)  Exterior artificial lighting shall be shielded so that the source of light, including any translucent covering, is not visible from any point lower than five feet above any point on the beach.  Light fixtures made nonconforming by this section shall be made conforming when the fixtures are replaced for any reason.

 

     (2)Campfires, bonfires, and flashlights without red filters or red LED light sources are prohibited on the beach.

 

Do not hang exterior lights on the rear deck or use tiki torches during turtle season.  Walk to the beach to verify that lights can not be seen from the water's edge.  Fines for violations will be charged against the permit holder
