The Division of Administration facilitates Contract Compliance and Environmental Resources. The Administration Division also directs the other divisions so that the Department may, in the most efficient and productive manner, achieve its goals and objectives. Administration prioritizes new projects based on safety to the citizens and need within the community.

Operational Policy

  • Coordinate infrastructure management priorities with the City Council and the City Manager, Capital Assets Management

  • Establish priorities for resource allocation (budget, staffing, and equipment)

  • Provide objectives and direction for the maintenance divisions.

  • Develop policies for infrastructure maintenance and environmental management

  • Ensure that the maintenance divisions have proper resources with which to accomplish their goals and objectives

  • Ensure that department's staff has a common understanding of the department's priorities and goals.
